The Economic Justice Monitor collects and analyses data on how economic abuse features in successful prosecutions of the Controlling or Coercive Behaviour (CCB) offence. 


It explores what can be done to address economic loss arising from domestic abuse, leading to economic justice for victim-survivors.

The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 Committee

On 21 May 2026, Nicola Sharp-Jeffs gave oral evidence to the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 Committee on the definition of economic abuse. She also submitted written evidence on the importance of economic justice.
